Sand Dollar Cove follows Elli, a real estate developer, as one man’s commitment to nature and town’s memories force her to revisit her beliefs.
Elli is a talented real estate developer and is sent by her company to scope out a prospective piece of land for a new project in town. The small Connecticut town is beautiful and the beach side land she is evaluating is breathtaking.
She soon meets Brody, the man who holds the deed for the land. He wishes to sell the land but only if the buyer agrees to keep the landmarks and the beauty intact. Although first apposed, Elli begins to spend time with Brody and the town people. Their warmth slowly grown on her and so does Brody.
Now with much more at stake than just land acquisition, Elli must design the project so that she can save the pristine beach and the growing romance between her and Brody.
