Quicksand Plot
Quicksand series follows 18-year-old Maja, a final year student at an expensive prep school in a rich Swedish suburb. When she meets Sebastian, his charm and uber rich lifestyle reels Maja into a world she cannot resist.
Luxurious trips on bats, nights full of booze and dancing at expensive locations, access to the best and latest gizmos and gadgets – Maja is living a dream. But the relationship soon evolves into emotional turmoil marred with drugs and unhealthy obsession.
So when the tragedy strikes and the high school witnesses a mass shooting, Maja has a rude awakening. She not only loses her friends, but is also accused of the tragedy.
As she faces the court, and the events of that day are revealed, so too are the private details about her relationship with Sebastian Fagerman and his dysfunctional family.
