Not this one. This quick-fix spicy egg curry recipe will give you just the experience, with much less time needed to cook.
Spicy Egg Curry Recipe Ingredients
2 large eggs
2 onions
1 tomato, pureed
8 garlic cloves
2 green chilies
2 tbsp dry coconut, roasted
1/2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Dry Coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp sugar
¼ cup oil
1 ½ cup water
Spicy Egg Curry Recipe Method
- Slit the two large onions into halves and roast then on stove flame
- Roast the garlic cloves on the stove flame
- Let the onions and garlic cool, remove the garlic skin
- Grind the Onions, Garlic, and green Chilies into a paste
- Heat the oil and fry the paste until oil separates
- Add turmeric, chili powder and garam masala and fry for a minute
- Add the tomato paste and the water and bring it to boil
- Lower the heat to a min.
- Break the two eggs gently into the gravy and let it rest
- Le the gravy simmer for 5 min and turn-off the heat
