‘Psycho Yoga Instructor’ movie follows Justine as her attempts you reclaim happiness and bring balance to her life spiral out of control.
Justine was one happily married and in love with her husband Tom. But things have now become unbearable with the two hardly depending time with each other. The spark that once lighted their fire is gone.
Determined to save her marriage to Tom and brings back some peace of mind, Justine signs up for a Yoga class. She hopes this will give her the strength to work on her relationship with her husband.
However, the Yoga instructor seems interested in more than teaching just yoga. He slowly tries to come near Justine and even manages to seduce her in a moment of weakness. Later Justine tries to keep his advances at bay.
However, things go out of control soon as he begins to threaten her and attack her inside her home. Justine must now find a way to save herself and keep her marriage alive at the same time.
