The Perfect Date Plot
The Perfect Date movie follows Brooks Rattigan as he must choose between his new flourishing business and his heart, which could compromise the dreams he has worked for so long.
Brooks is a brilliant, young man who has the academic record needed to get into an ivy league college. What he does not possess is a good extra curricular record and the money that he will need to go through a good college.
So when Celia Lieberman, a combat boot-loving girl, asks him to stand as her temporary boyfriend for a social event, Brooks sees an opportunity to make a quick buck and also hone his social skills.
The events success drive him and his programmer friend to launch an app people can book his as stand-in partner for all kinds of social gatherings. The business soon starts to boom and so does his connection with Leiberman. While life is great and everything seems rosy, Brooks must reassess what he really wants in life and the plan suddenly does not seem that clear.
