How to Make Paneer Makhmali Recipe

Paneer Makhmali recipe is easy to make and can be ready in just under two hours.

  1. Soak the Cashews in warm water fro 1 fifteen minutes
  2. Grind the onion, garlic, and cashews to make a smooth paste
  3. Heat the ghee in a pot and add the onion paste to the pot
  4. Add salt and cook the paste on low heat for ten to fifteen minutes, until it gets a bit shiny
  5. Add the water and let it simmer for another ten minutes
  6. Now add the milk and Paneer cubes bring cook for another five minutes
  7. Sprinkle the kasuri methi and let is simmer for a few minutes
  8. Serve with roti or paratha
