Jade is an intelligent, star student in her school. He mother, Frida, is a successful crime author. But her fortunes seems to be currently in decile and she is knee deep in debts.
When Jade finds out about her mother and the financial problems they are in, she decides to do something about it. She teams up with bad-boy Rick. Along with his friends, the two execute a string of burglaries to earn some quick cash.
After some time, Jade decides to quit the criminal life. However, Rick and his friends have other plans for her. Now, Jade and Frida must find a way out of the pickle and stay alive.
