Murder in Law movie follows Claire and her family as age-old concerns and friction between in-laws take a center stage. Maybe it is love or it could just be about power struggle and control. Claire loves her son and is more than happy to be around her granddaughter. But she doesn’t feel the same about her daughter-in-law, Allison.
Allison has tried over the years to please her an get in her good books, but things have never really warmed up between them. Now, Allison has an opportunity of a lifetime when she gets a new job promotion. However, she must move to a new location with her family and away from her mother-in-law for that.
Fearing this move is deliberate and Allison it just trying to break Claire away from her son and isolate her, Claire’s motherly instincts take an evil turn. She begins to scheme, lie, and manipulate in every way to keep them from moving away.
But will her desire to keep her son close drive her to murder? Will she go as far as killing one of the family to keep her son close?
