After an overdose almost kills her, Laura Birch leaves the high-pressure world of advertising to go back to her roots.
Laura is looking forward to spending time with her estranged mother, hoping the visit will help calm the demons inside of her.
However, the local residents are all protecting a dark secret that involves not only her mother, but her own destiny as well.
She will soon discover that the secret involves something far more sinister than she could have imagined.
