Love at First Lie movie on Lifetime Channel brings a Thriller set in the current times of social media crimes and online relationships. Hundreds of men and women go online to find the love of their life. Some of them find the mate they are looking for, but many fall prey to the criminals lurking in the darkness and anonymity of the digital world.
Movie Plot
The official movie synopsis says that the story is about Kate Burns, who is looking for the perfect match online. Like many of her age when she swipes and meets Walker Stevenson. Stevenson appears to be a wealthy jet-setting art dealer and Kate falls for the charming guy she sees.
But she soon finds out that dashing dealer she is falling in love for is not what he seems. She learns that Walker is a hustler who cons women out of their money.
But Kate is not the one to take a beating lying down. She gathers all her courage and makes a decision to turn tables on Stevenson and plans for payback.
