Long Lost Daughter Movie Plot
Long Lost Daughter movie follows Cathy (Molly Hagan) as she suffers to the pain of losing her daughter. Living in a small town, Cathy has never fully recovered from the tragedy years ago. But life has a way of healing your wounds. When Michelle moves in to the neighborhood, Cathy forms a strong bond with her.
Michelle is moving away from the city and wants a quiet time in the small community. Friendship with a older woman like Cathy helps her getting settled in the new location. Motherly Cathy is also a Children;s book author and Michelle likes to spend time with her.
However, Michelle soon realizes that Cathy is getting obsessive about the time they spend together. She finds out that Cathy’s daughter has gone missing some 20 years ago and that could be the reason for her possessive behavior. What Michelle doesn’t know is that Cathy thinks Michelle is her missing daughter.
Having lost her once, this time, Cathy is ready to go to any lengths to keep Michelle close to her.
