We love sitcoms – that is if they are well made. Entertainment is a big part of our lives and coming home to some entertaining characters that suck you into their story everyday allows you to forget your problems and transport you to a new world. Last Call series on Bounce Network promises a fun and engaging comedy as one of the first new shows of 2019.

The new comedy sitcom comes from the producer of Tyler Perry’s House of Payne and we can expect a similar comedy from this one which premieres in January 7. Charles Malik Whitfield plays the lead role.

Last Call Series Plot
Last Call series plot follows a Darius Knight, an ex-NFL star. Darius has had his spotlight in the game and is ready for a new, comfortable life with all his earnings as a star player. That is, until he finds out that his dream is now just a dream.
Darius is duped by his manager who has vanished with all of Darius’ money and earnings, with only a Bar left in Baltimore. With nowhere to go and no savings, Last Call bar is the only thing that Darius has.
To come out of his financial troubles, he must do everything to make the bar profitable. His answer? A string of stand-up comedians who are forced on the regular patrons at the bar.
