Arshad Warsi and Naseeruddin Shah return, but this time in a serious Action-Thriller. Irada movie is scheduled to release on 17th February 2017 and is an investigative thriller. Arshad Warsi plays an NIA investigator who is sent to investigate a mysterious blast at a factory. The music for the movie is composed by Neeraj Shridhar and will be released soon. The movie will have a tough time at the box office as it will release in the same week as The Ghazi Attack.

Written by Aparnaa Singh (Shaurya) and Anushka Rajan, the movie is produced by Falguni Patel. Aparnaa Singh also directs the movie which marks her directorial debut. Aparnaa has previously worked on intense subjects and movies liek Black Friday and hopes to bring the intensity in this story too.

Irada Movie Story
Irada movie story revolves around three main characters and blast in a factory where several people die. Naseeruddin Shah, an ex-army officer suspects foul play in the event and vows to bring justice to the victims and avenge his daughter’s death in the incident. In his mission, he meets Arshad Warsi, who is an NIA officer sent to investigate the blast.
They both decide to join forces and are met by a journalist, who is trying to get more information about her boyfriends sudden disappearance. They suspect involvement of the factory owner an some local leaders and begin to investigate the cause of the incident.
They must now fight a wealthy businessman and his local goons to bring out the truth about the blast and expose the culprits behind the blast.
