Imaginary Mary Reviews

Tuesday’s telecast will be kind of sneak peek before the permanent slot of the show from 4th April and we will have the real verdict that matters, in a couple of days. But critics don’t seem to be too happy with this imaginary friend equation so far.

“Imaginary Mary feels a little hasty and half-baked, with a few ideas that point to interesting concepts without the full force of consideration behind any of them.” ~ Sonia Saraiya, Variety

“Imaginary Mary is at its funniest when the focus is on Alice’s boyfriend, Ben (Stephen Schneider), and his three kids and their interactions with Alice — scenes that don’t feature Mary at all.” – Rob Owen, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
