Home Team follows Sean Payton who decides to spend time with his 12 year old son after sudden loss of job as head coach of an NFL team.
Sean Payton is a celebrity coach and much in demand since the super bowl win. It has been two years since the win and still one of the favorites. But when an unexpected incident leads to his suspension from the job, Sean is at a loss.
He sees this as an opportunity to reconnect with his son and spend time he could not until then. But you cannot keep football away from Sean and he soon begins to visit his son’s school team.
Unable to bear the dismal situation the team is in, he tries to team with the school team coach to train these underdogs.
Can Sean turn around the fortunes and a bunch of lazy, demotivated kids and lead them to championship glory?
