From ABC Family to Freeform, the channel has given us some unforgettable YA series in the last decade. Now, with I. Marlene King, the channel will start airing an adaptation of Rebecca Serle’s book, Famous in Love from April 18 2017.

Famous in Love story revolves around Paige Townsen and her life in Hollywood. Paige Townsen, a young college student from a small town gets an opportunity of the lifetime when she is selected for a lead role in a Hollywood blockbuster, Locked. Her life takes a you turn as she finds herself in the glitz and glamour of the big city, away from her quaint home.
She finds herself entangled with both the co-stars and their chemistry in undeniable. But Rainer and Jordan have a complicated history. Their love triangle is further complicated by the presence of Alexis, Rainer’s old friend who thinks she should have got the role Paige has.
Towering over them is the heavy presence of Rainer’s rich and powerful mother Nina, who wishes to keep everything and everyone under control. The twist in this already complicated setting come when Paige finds out about the sudden disappearance of the stunning pop star Tangey, who, like her, was involved with both Rainer and Jordan.
