What is Dying for a Daughter About?
Dying for a Daughter movie follows Samantha and Tom as they try to work things out for their daughter.
Samantha is a busy working woman. She loves her husband and daughter, but things haven’t been the same in recent times. Tom and Samantha are growing apart and Samantha is coping by making herself busy in work.
But when a terrifying car accident injures her 1–year-old daughter, Cassie, Samantha’s life is turned upside down. Cassie is severely injured and needs assistance and care round the clock. Already trying to juggle work and relationship with To, Samantha feels overwhelmed.
To ease her tension and make things comfortable for Cassie, Samantha hires Rebecca as her caregiver. However, she soon finds out that Rebecca is trying to project herslef as Cassie’s mother and also suggesting the same to Cassie.
Worried by her behavior, Samantha look deeper into her background. She finds out the Rebecca is Margaret and has lost a child. It turns out that Margaret blames Samantha and Tom for the accident and sees them as unfit parents. Her answer? Take Cassie as her daughter.
