Dirty John Series Plot
Dirty John TV Show follows the story of Debra Newell and John Meehan. John first met Debra as a doctor and the two started a whirlwind romance. Although there were enough red flags pointed out by Debra’s daughters, she chose to ignore them and continued her relationship.
But as the deceit and manipulation takes an extreme turn, Debra’s daughters decide to investigate the man in her life. The tension in the whole thing rises when her daughters begin to find the truth about the man and how dangerous he could be. But they are unable to stop him and this leads to a violent end and devastated lives. The series also explore Debra’s history and relationship with her mother, which could have unknowingly lead to her being an emotional wreck and be in a vulnerable position.
