Hallmark audience favorite Hailey Dean Mysteries returns this weekend with a new mystery and more coming in the next two weeks. In Death on Duty movie on HMM, psychologist Hailey Dean will help her friend Detective Garland investigate the murder of his friend, a former Marine.

The movies are based on the characters from Nancy Grace’s book series of the same name. Michelle Ricci writes the story with Michael Robison directing the movie. Kellie Martin and Viv Leacock reprise their roles in the movie that premieres on May 5 2019.

Death on Duty Movie Plot
Death on Duty movie follows Hailey Dean and her detective friend as they begin investigating the murder of a former Marine.
Detective Fincher Garland’s former Marine buddy Kurt Cullen is killed, execution-style, and his body left in a local park, where it is discovered by Garland and psychologist and former prosecutor Hailey Dean.
Kurt’s wife Kayla admits she had suspected an affair because he was keeping secrets from her and was often unaccounted for; also, she intercepted a threatening note addressed to her husband.
The body of a Jane Doe who had Kurt Cullen’s number on her cellphone is found in the same park as Cullen’s, and the implication that they were somehow involved with one another is clear.
Just as Hailey puts together the pieces of a conspiracy that ultimately led to the murders of Cullen and Parks, she is surprised by the killer, who is prepared to add Hailey to the body count in order to avoid justice.
