The annual debutante ball is the most important function for the ladies. With all the upper-crust in attendance, it is the chance to become the queen and land a husband who can give you the best of life.
Anna comes from money and one of the oldest families in town. There is no doubt that Anna will take the crown this year and her friends are all in for the gala with the rest of the powerful family who is pushing for the crown.
When Sophia Martinez shows up on the scene, the mood begins to change. Sophia does not come from old money or prominent family. All she has is the loss of her mother. The grape wine says that this sympathy will propel her to topple Anna and take the much talked about belle of the Debutante crown.
However, Anna won’t accept defeat that easy and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that she wins. But will Anna draw a line before she commits a horrible crime?
