Darrow and Darrow In the Key of Murder Movie Plot

Darrow and Darrow In the Key of Murder Movie follows Claire and Mel as they decide to find out who is really responsible for the murder of Phoebe’s music producer.

A lot has changed for ace litigator Claire Darrow in the 20 odd days since her since her glamorous, semi-estranged mother Joanna unexpectedly waltzed into the small-town law firm that bears the family name. The three generations of Darrow women – Joanna, Claire and Claire’s daughter Lou – are now living under the same roof, enjoying relative harmony despite very different ideas about morning routines.

Claire has also made room for her mother, a corporate lawyer, to return to Darrow & Darrow as a consulting attorney. And, thanks in no small part to Joanna’s prodding, she has begun dating Miles Strasberg, the charming Distract Attorney who had cheerfully weathered the Claire’s multiple “no’s” before she got to “yes.”

Meanwhile, Claire has offered to help out Miles’ half-sister, Phoebe, a talented young singer who may have signed away ownership of her album to its producer, the much-loathed Terry Yasbeck. But before Claire has a chance to review Phoebe’s contract with the producer, Phoebe is arrested – for Terry’s murder.

Though Claire has never tried a murder case before, Miles doesn’t want to entrust his sibling’s fate to anyone else.
As the evidence against Phoebe piles up, Claire and Miles work side-by-side to get to the bottom of the producer’s killing and save the only immediate family Miles has.
