Christmas Takes Flight follows Jenny Beckett as she rallies her community to bring joy and happiness to those who are underserved.
Jenny is a pilot and belongs to a family that owns a regional airline. As part of the tradition the airline organizes a gala each Christmas with the proceeds directed to underserved children. However, when the airline is sold, the new CEO Matt begins to effect changes.
A cold professional, Matt begins cost-cutting measures to keep the airline afloat and the first thing to go is the expense of Christmas Gala. Jenny and Matt butt heads as she firmly believes that true joy comes from joy of others.
As a headstrong Jenny resolves to keep the tradition alive, she rallies the community to organize the charitable gala and show Matt that you cannot put a price tag on some things. Surprisingly, as she gets to know Matt more, she finds herself falling for the magnate in the process.
