Christmas on My Mind Plot
Christmas on My Mind movie plot follows Lucy as she suffers short term amnesia and struggles to find the truth about her breakup.
When Lucy Lovett falls and bumps her head she wakes up with a wedding dress in her hand but only remembers Zach Callahan, the fianceé she broke up with two years ago in Bedford Harbor, Maine, but not current fiancé Brad Martin in Portland, where she runs an art foundation.
Lucy throws herself into all the Christmas traditions she used to participate in with Zach, hoping it will jog her memory about their breakup and allow her to move on. Zach’s current girlfriend Morgan LeBlanc shows up and awkwardness ensues among the trio.
Brad surprises Lucy in Bedford Harbor, and during the snowman building competition, Lucy/Brad and Zach/Morgan don’t really make good teams, while Beau/Anna win.
Lucy finally remembers the breakup, and that it was Zach who broke it off with her, which is why she ran away to Portland two years earlier to lose herself in taking over the art foundation.
Back in Portland, a long-lost letter from her Aunt Audrey tells Lucy everything she needs to know in order to get her life back on the right track.
