Christmas 4 Sale follows Terri, a real estate mogul, as her heart questions the plan her mind puts into action.
Terri is a successful real estate mogul based on New York. But some recent setbacks have put her business in jeopardy. When she finds out about divorce proceedings of billionaire George Camden she seizes the opportunity.
George mistakes her for an assistant of his yoga instructor and the two begin to meet. Terri first sees this as an opportunity to bag the deal of his posh Manhattan apartment that will solve her business problems.
But as they grow close, she begins to question her own intentions and her heart wins over pragmatism. When it comes to confessing her feelings for him, Terri has a big decision to make.
