South Indian flavors have specific spice mixes that gives them a unique taste. Kori (Chicken) Amravathi brings you the taste of Andhra’s red chillies and curry leaves that will get your taste buds flowing.

But that is not the only thing chicken lovers will enjoy. Kori Sukka is a South Indian twist to the more common mutton sukka and uses a thick gravy of onions and spices to coat chicken drummets that you will love as a main course or as an appetiser.

But South India is as much about coastal tastes as it is about inland recipes. So seafood lovers will get their share of options too. There are the staple Rawa fry and a more southern Indian Meen Vevichathu, which leans heavily on tamarind. The thick tamarind gravy gives this dish a sweet sour and spicy taste all at once and is a good accompaniment to Veech Parotta.
