The movie follows a young woman who is invited to a self improvement camp. Determined to give a new start to her life, she trusts her friend who is running this new program.
But Initiative, the new program, is much more than what meets the eye. After getting inducted and joining the residential program, she soon realizes that Initiative is just another trap to lure helpless women.
Determined to not fall into that trap and also help many like her, she must do all she can to protect herself and these women before it is too late.
