The world is full of unfortunate people struggling to stay alive because of organ failures. And there are many who can led a hand to them, but do not because of superstition or other reasons. However, no one surely thinks of this reason to avoid donation.

‘Black Hearted Killer’ movie follows Julie and Dennis as their act of kindness returns to haunt them years later.
Julie and Dennis have a great family with their young daughter. However, they must now live with the fact that they cannot save their daughter and must accept the fact. As a kindhearted couple, Julie and Dennis decide to donate their daughter’s organ to those in need.
To ensure that they do not feel the temptation to meet the recipients of her organs later, the two also waive off the rights to know their identities. But they do allow the recipients to find them if they wish.
Vera, one of the recipients reaches out to the grieving couple and they welcome her. Vera tells them how fortunate she feels and how thankful she is for their daughter’s heart. But the more time Julie and Dennis spend with Vera, the more she begins to cross boundaries and increasingly makes their life difficult.

Adam Rockoff writes this new thriller about how good deeds can sometimes backfire. Roxy Shih directs the movie with Julie McNiven of Supernatural playing Juley and Jon Abrahams from Scary Movie plying Dennis. Kelley Jakle of Pitch Perfect movies plays Vera in the movie that premieres on April 5 2020.
