Pieces of April (2003)
April Burns lives in a small apartment in Lower East-Side Manhattan, away from her somewhat dysfunctional family. The heart-warming take is April’s journey into finding out the importance of family ties and making new friends along the way. With holiday travel and troubled family ties this one surely deserves to be on the Best Thanksgiving movies list.
