Indian TV finally seems to move away from the staple saas-bahu drama, though not at the speed that we would like. SAB TV is coming up with a new comedy Aadat Se Majboor serial that will release in October. Advertised as a workplace comedy, something we have not seen for some time after Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi, Aadat Se Majboor is about five friends stepping into the professional world with their first job at a publishing house.

Aadat Se Majboor Serial Story
Aadat Se Majboor serial story centers on JD, Riya, Ranjan, Sunny, and Sam are the newest recruits of City Chakkar a publishing house. The company is headed by Ananth Mahadhevan who makes a comeback with the serial after a long gap. These young recruits have one thing in common – it is their first job. And you now what happens when young and ambitious kids are put in a competitive position.
The new comedy serial shows a series of events and difficult circumstances as these new employees try to win their boss’ trust and do everything in their power to put each other down. Making their job difficult is their boss who loves to multitask and is a difficult man to please.
The serial also delves deep into these interesting characters’ lives. Sunny wants to marry a beutiful girl and wow his family; JD a pukka Gujarati sees a deal in every deed; Ranjan who comes from a middle-class family believes in hard work and is the serious of the lot; Riya who has joined as a Feature Writer is also the boss’ neice. She has lived abroad all her life and wants to make a mark in India; joining her is Sam a feminist and a rebel.
