A Little Daytime Drama follows Alice who must make two warring members of her team work for success of her TV Show.
Alice is the creator and producer of a popular daytime show. She also wishes to retire and hand over the reins to Maggie, the writer for the show. But the show’s popularity is on the decile and Alice is desperate to bring them up before she retires.
The only way out of this is to bring back fan-favorite actor Darin. But that is not an easy task. Darin also happens to be Maggie’s ex and earlier left the show on a sour note that left their relationship damaged.
Alice must now convince Darin to return to the show and also push Maggie to work with him and keep it professional.
Will the two be able to forget the past and work with each other to save their careers? Or is there a chance of something much more?
