A Flying Jatt Music Review

This is the latest attempt at creating a Superhero movie from Bollywood. We have had some halfhearted attempts before that did not fly, pun intended. The movie is directed by Remo D’Souza, who gave us ABCD and F.A.L.T.U and therefore has a lot riding on this one. Our very own karate Kid now dons a cape and rules the skies to fight against the bad boys. Tell us if you agree with our A Flying Jatt music review.

A Flying Jatt Music Review

This is one of the few albums in recent times that have a single music composer involved in putting an entire album together. The title track is an upbeat, fast track with heavy beats and will enthuse kids and mostly contributes toward depicting the main character of the story. It has a slightly Hip-Hop tone to it, but I don't see it rising up the popularity charts. Toota Jo Kabhi Tara and Khair Mangda both have a certain ethereal feel which comes from high-pitched vocals and an intense, slow background hum of violins or cello. Atif Aslam sings Khair Mangda with is his style and his vocals hold the song well. No guesses for how Bhangda Pa would go. The addition of Brass Band is a nice touch, though I wouldn't count it in the addictive tracks list. Beat Pe Booty starts with an interesting intro but does't build into anything great. At beast, the song seems like stitched up with unrelated music segments with a few reverberating beats in between. MovieRecipe Verdict: Overall, the whole album is a disappointment after some good albums like Fever and Ishq Click this year. MovieRecipe Pick: Khair Mangda, if you insist. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1B6XKX8Jw8
