Marathi moviegoers have some exciting new movie scheduled for January 2017. ‘Ti Sadhya Kay Karte’ starring Ankush Chaudhari and Tejashri Pradhan is a Romance-Drama spanning the lives of Tanvi and Anurag. Only this one, thankfully, is not anything like Bar Bar Dekho. The audience will get to see the two as kids, as young adults, and as adults and the ups and downs in their on-again, off-again relationship as friends wanting to be more. Ti Sadhya Kay Karte means “What is she up to these days” and captures Anurag’s emotions and inability to forget his first love, even after many years.

Ti Sadhya Kay Karte Cast
Written and Directed by Satish Rajwade (Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai), the movie is about a person’s first crush. The movie will see debut of Laximikant Berde’s son Abhinay Berde as the young Anurag. Ti Sadhya Kay Karte songs are composed by Vishwajeet Joshi and Nilesh Mohrir, who give the audiences a peppy and contemporary music album.

Ti Sadhya Kay Karte is about Anurag and Tanvi who are childhood friends. Living in the same neighborhood, going to the same school, and having many things in common. Their friendship slowly develops into affection and they fall in love. But then, life happens. College years and making it in real world separates them as they chart out different paths for themselves.
But love is not something you can just give up, not your first love. Anurag keeps coming back to his and Tanvi’s relationship. Then when she comes back after a break of many years, all the earlier memories come rushing back for Anurag. Will Anurag be able to correct his mistakes and confess his love to Tanvi?
Ti Sadhya Kay Karte Review
Ti Sadhya Kay Karte is a tale of a confused teenager who cannot decide whether he loves the fashionista of the college or the girl he knows all his life and has been his first love. When the girl of his dreams refuses to reciprocate his feelings, the boy swings to the other end of the spectrum and falls in love with what you will call a safe bet. All through his various love interests, he somehow never manages to confess his feelings to his first love.
The movie revolves around this message: that you can fall in love multiple times, but can never overcome the feelings for your first love. The little Anurag will melt your heart with his goofy smile and is perhaps the best of all the three Anurags in the movie. Abhinay Berde gives a good performance in his first movie and you can see him becoming the next romantic hero on the Marathi movie scene.
With humorous and interesting commentary, the movie keeps switching between current day Anurag and the young Anurag and Tanvi. With melodious song compositions and humor the movie doesn’t really get boring. It does, however, seem to drag a bit around the interval time.
But the story and the Director gets it right as you head toward the main conflict and resolution of the protagonist’s internal struggle, right after the interval. Another message that the movie seems to communicate strongly is to ask young couples to grow up and accept the everyone will have a history and someone else that they have loved romantically at some point. Instead of keeping it a secret and feeling guilty about those memories, the better way forward is to accept that people fall in love multiple times and that doesn’t necessarily affect their current lives.
Ti Sadhya Kay Karte Review in one line: A feel good movie that will make you nostalgic and keep you entertained foe the two plus hours. Definitely worth watching this weekend.
