The album opens with a dance number Rail Gaddi sung by Navraj Singh and is a typical Punjabi dance track. With rap interludes, which fit in with the overall song. The song, however, does not hold your interest for long. Not the kind of track you will remember later. But the same cannot be said of Wajid’s Chal Maar. Chal Maar opens with an interesting intro. A tune that you will remember. It then develops into a high energy, lazy beat rhythm that can work very well to get you off your seat and get dancing on the floor.
This is the song I wold have loved to see as the title track for the movie over Tutak Tutak Tutiya which has been mixed and remixed many times and it is difficult to make it memorable in any new way. Love the Way You Dance too has good rhythm going for it and although not memorable, you will not be able to ignore the song. It could have definitely done without the Rap interludes.
Chalte Chalte is the only song that comes close to being romantic. Arijit Singh sings the song in his signature style, but again, this one doesn’t inspire a lot and won’t make it to your playlist.
