The Girl on the Train Movie Story
Rachel Watson is an alcoholic and separated from her husband. She lives in a shared apartment now and has lost employment too. But she keeps up the charade to travel to work every day and watches her ex-husband Tom Watson and his new wife Anna and their baby. She also stalks Megan and Scott who live a few houses away from Tom and envies their perfect life.
But Megan has a lot to hide. Rachel has a history of confronting people in a drunken state, which she does not remember later. Anna too has complained of her inappropriate behavior to the cops. When Megan goes missing one day and Rachel wakes up bruised and bloodied, she thinks she has some part to play in missing Megan episode. Anna has confirmed that Rachel was seen in a drunken state in the vicinity on the same night.
