Garam Masala

This is another movie I can turn-off whenever it plays on TV. Priyadarshan got Akshay Kumar together with Paresh Rawal and John Abraham in this situational comedy with multiple women characters who Mac flirts with. Bhaagam Bhag

Bhaagam Bhag roped in the 90s star Govinda with Akshay Kumar in this Comedy/Murder Mystery. Paresh Rawal is almost a permanent feature in Priyadarshan movies. In Bhagam Bhag, he plays the role of Champak Chaturvedi the owner of the drama company that is invited to UK to perform. The master of situational comedy once again weaves a net of confusion and misunderstandings to keep you laughing all the way, while the murder keeps nagging you in the background.

Bhool Bhulaiyya

After successful attempt at creating a Murde-Comedy, Priyadarshan gave his viewers another hit in Horror-Comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa. The movie tells the story of King Vibhuti and a dancer in his court, Manjulika, whose avenging spirit is not locked in a room in the palace. When the heir returns to the palace from the US, bizarre events begin to unfold that the the people living in the palace ascribe to Manjulika’s spirit.

De Dana Dan

De Dana Dan once again brings Sunil Shetty and Akshay Kumar together in a new comedy, this time set in Singapore. Multiple parallel stories unfold and converge as the movie hurtles down to the climax without a dull moment. The ensemble cast of Priyadarshan favorites keep you laughing for the entire two hours. Definitely a great movie for weekend of fun.

Khatta Meetha

Khatta Meetha didn’t do that well compared to the other movies from the team. But that does not mean that it is any worse. Sachin Tichkule (Akshay Kumar) is a road contract who dreams to make it big with government contracts. But he does not have money needed to bribe the officials involved nor is he conducive to the idea. The movie is not hilarious or the undelying theme is Drama rather than Comedy, but still has funny moments and good story you will want to see.
