One Way Ticket Movie Cast

The movie is set on the cruise ship to Italy and looks polished enough to challenge the latest Bollywood flick.  Gashmir Mahajani’s dashing looks can take on any current Hindi movie star.

One Way Ticket Movie Story

Ankit is longing to get back to India, but he can’t. As luck would have it he is trapped in the crossfire of  a gang war and scrapes through somehow. But the there is a silver lining to all this. He finds a lost passport in name of Aditya Rane (Gashmir Mahajani) and conveniently, also a pouch full of money. On the spur of the moment he decides to assume Aditya’s identity and board the cruise ship to Rome. The rest of the movie is Ankit trying to get through his time on ship impersonating Aditya.

One Way Ticket Movie Review

The glitz and glamour of the cruise ship and locales of three different countries is the only thing that seems to work for this big budget Marathi movie. The movie is full of logical errors that make many of the situations in the movie unbelievable. The characters in the movie are underdeveloped and the actors hardly get a chance to show their skills as they are never put to the challenge.

The movie appears to be a twist on Dil Dhadakne Do and does rise to the challenge of giving its viewers a movie that is pleasing to the eyes. So if you are a fan of Mahajani or Khanvilkar, the short movie span will keep you engaged. But the movie fails to build the mystery or pique the audience’s interest in the second half of the movie as it loses steam progressively. Frequent song and dance sequences also hurt the mystery tag of the movie.
