Series Plot
Corrine Koslo and Peter MacNeill portray Bea and Ken Finley-Cullen, the heads of the family and owners of The Moonshine, their own little slice of paradise. However, what was once a dream is now turning into a nightmare as financial struggles loom. The question of who will take over the business hangs in the air, leading to family tensions and comedic chaos.
Lidia, the eldest sibling and an architect dreams of redeveloping the valuable coastal property. Rhian, Lidia’s often-overlooked younger sister sees The Moonshine as her chance to shine.
The series begins with the eldest of the Finley-Cullen clan, returns home from New York for her aunt’s funeral. However, her visit quickly takes a chaotic turn as her marriage implodes, her kids turn against her, and a surprise inheritance sparks a family feud with her rival sister. Despite the chaos, Lidia decides to stay and make her new life work, defying all rationality.
This sets the stage for a series filled with hilarious misadventures and unexpected twists as Lidia navigates her dysfunctional family and the challenges of The Moonshine.
