The Bear made it to every must-watch list last summer when it premiered exclusively on Hulu with a deep dive in culinary world with a sandwich shop crew.
The lot of Carmy and crew returns in season two with more about the ups and downs of running a small business. Carmy, Sydney, and Richard have a new challenge in front of them as they take on a new project of transforming their sandwich shop into something more.
As they begin to strip down the shop and start the transformation, it will change them more than they change the shop. As the challenges mount, each one of them must face their past and ask themselves what they want in their future.
The new venture soon makes them realize that starting a new restaurant can be much more difficult than running an old one. Unending bureaucratic red-tape, unanticipated contractor problems, unending list of permits haunt them every day and night of transformation.
But the transformation also brings the sweet pain of planning new menus and long days push the boundaries of crews abilities as their relationships are tested to new levels in this new season.
Jeremy Allen White returns as Carmy with Ayo Edebiri as Sydeny, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Richard. The Bear Season 2 premieres on Hulu with all 10 episodes on June 22, 2023.
