Eileen Fitzgerald loves her job as a reporter in New York. The fast pace of work matches her passion and intensity. But when a project she is working on goes off the rails, she is forced to take a step back.
Unable to give up on her profession, Eileen travels to Anchorage, Alaska and joins The Alaskan Daily as a reporter.
She soon stumbles upon a case of missing girl who disappeared two years ago. This new puzzle becomes an obsession and motivation and puts a new spring in her step. She hopes it will give her the time she needs to truly reconnect with her profession and also find a way to redeem herself.
