After losing wife, son and being unemployed for the past year, Theodore begs the bank to give him one more chance to keep the house he custom built.
Despite his pleading, the bank forecloses and auctions off his home to newlyweds Erica and Mitch Brody.
But before they can live happily ever after, Theodore has other plans for their future.
What ensues is a cat and mouse game of terror he unfolds on the couple when they refuse to leave the home.
