The Marked Heart is a romantic action drama that follows a story of heart and keeps them united even after death.
The series is set in the backdrop of illegal organ trade that flourishes along with the illegal drug trade in the Southern American country.
But the protagonist here is not a daredevil who wants to bring an end to the drug trade. What we have is a normal citizen, a man who is deeply in love. But his life is shattered when the love of his life is killed by for the heart of the woman.
Now determined to exact his revenge on the ones who killed, her he is on a mission and once again falls in love with the woman who is now in posession of his wife’s heart.
