Chicken clear soup made its way on the Indian Street food scene with the mushrooming Indo-Chinese cuisine in the 80s. 7. Chicken Sweet Corn Soup

This was another soup that used to be on all menus across Indian in the 80s and 90s. The recipe uses chicken bullion, but you can use chicken stalk or make one in advance. Gumbo used to be one of my favorite orders at Qudoba for lunch or if I had time, make one with the Gumbo Mix frozen Veggies packet from the grocer.
