Maria is a budding chef and a hard worker. She has talent and her food is lip smacking. But her dreams still elude her. Maria wants to launch a chain of food trucks that needs investment and bit more help.
So when a hotshot attorney Julian Diaz proposes that she pose as his girlfriend for the holidays, Maria readily agrees. Her reward? Julian will help her get to her dreams in every way possible.
Julian and Maria visit his family as a couple during the holidays. Maria has her work cut out as she must do all the right things that will prove to Julian’s family that he is the right candidate to take over the family firm.
As they spend time together with the family, the undeniable chemistry and the magic of holidays takes over the farce. Even as they both try to keep things professional, life has something else planned for them.
