Kendall is a renowned Love Adivce column author who enjoys huge popularity. However, her recent book seems to have bombed and her career suddenly takes a deep plunge. During one of the book signing events she meets Nathan. Nathan also writes for a magazine.
What Kendall does not know is that Nathan also writes a relationship advice column, The Dating Doc, for the magazine that is a go-to source for many. Keyed-in into their emotions, the two feel a connection to each other and the relationship begins to blossom.
But sometimes knowing too much of something too can be a hurdle. As the two begin to date, they try out every strategy in the playbooks to make sure that they have perfect dates.
Will these by-the-rules approach bring them closer or are they trying too hard to create something that should come naturally.
