The Decline movie on Netflix is a survival drama that will keep you on the edge of your seats. Perhaps beginning of 2020 is not a good time to watch a movie about an outbreak or anything relating to an apocalyptic disaster when there are thousands dying every day across the world because of Covid-19.
The Decline Movie Plot
‘The Decline’ movie follows Antoine as he signs up for a survival course by Alain and ends up in a situation he hardly anticipated.
There are many among us who believe that the world will face an apocalypse in their lifetime and they must hence prepare to survive in the wild. Antoine is one of them and joins Alain – a Youtube survivor trainer – in the wild.
Joining them are a bunch of other participants who are enthusiastic about this course and the prospect of spending time away from the civilization.
Out in the wild, the group begins preparing through drills meant to prepare them for apocalypses of all types.
However, the disaster waiting for them is beyond their wildest imagination and the exercise soon turns into a horror story in the wild.

The thriller is the first Quebec film from Netflix and is available in mutliple languages including French and English. Patrice Laliberté directs the movie that premieres on March 27 2020.

The Decline promises to give you a few chills along with its strong grip as the thriller unfolds. The movie is well executed with a few things that are seen wanting here and there. With good performances and riveting sequences, the film ensures a good entertaining couple of hours.
