‘The Neighbor in the Window’ movie follows Karen and her family as her life begins to unravel when she trusts the one she should not.

Karen is a happy and outgoing woman who loves her husband and her young son. When her husband gets a long awaited promotion, they are all excited to start a new life in a new location.

Karen tries to for friendship with her new neighbors and Lisa, though a bit reserved initially becomes her best friend. What Karen does not know is Lisa is a bit unstable and would do anything to get the attention she wants.

After competing with Karen for a while, Lisa begins to spread lies about her and puts plans in actions that threaten Karen’s family.

However, Lisa cleverly sets herself up as Karen’s victim, until every aspect of Karen’s new life starts to unravel.

The True Story

Former Miss Missourie Kathie Truitt endured almost everything that you will read and watch in this fictionalized version, but bounced back. As it turned out, the neighbor was found to suffer from False Victimization syndrome.
