The Stranger Netflix Series Plot
‘The Stranger series’ follows Adam, a family man, and detective Johanna as their lives cross paths to find the person who threatens their family.
Adam Price seems to have a charmed existence. Two wonderful sons, a career in law, and most of all, a watertight marriage to his soulmate, Corinne, a teacher at the local school.
But when a stranger in a bar informs him that the kids may not be his and that his wife was never pregnant, his life begins to spiral. When Corinne vanishes without a trace and leaves the kids behind, Adam is determined to find her and the truth.
At the same time, Johanna– a local detective – is trying to untangle the mystery of a series of increasingly violent and bizarre crimes. As the death toll mounts, Johanna must race against time to find who is responsible.
Soon, Adam and Johanna are forced to confront the question of how far they are prepared to go to protect their loved ones. They find themselves caught up in something much bigger than they initially realized.
The Stranger Series Cast
Danny Brocklehurst adapts this new thriller drama for Netflix. The series is based on the book of the same name by Harlan Coben. Daniel O’ Hara and Hannah Quinn direct the series that comes with eight episodes. The series premieres on January 30 2019.
