Diary of a Future President series on Disney Plus follows a 12 year old as she embarks on a journey to become the President of United States of America. We can all remember the essay we were asked to write at sometime about what you would do if you were the President. Well, a few do actually believe in that essay and go on a path to become one.

Diary of a Future President Series Plot
‘Diary of a Future President’ follows Elena, a 12-year-old middle schooler as she begins her journey to become the President.
Told from the narration of her diary, we meet Elena a Cuban-American 12-year-old girl as she navigates the ups and downs of middle school and begins her journey to become the future president of the United States.
Elena comes across as an unabashed, ultra-observant little girl with a strong point of view, who walks through the world with purpose and confidence.
Helping her, or not, are Bobby, Elena’s sweet and mischievous older brother; Gabi, Elena and Bobby’s sharp and loving mom; and, Sam, a lawyer at Gabi’s firm who is in the beginnings of a relationship with her.
