He’s Out to Get You movie follows Megan as she is struggling to get over a recent tragedy and is faced with a bigger conspiracy.
Megan had a wonderful and happy life. It all came crashing down one day when she lost her husband and son are killed in a devastating accident. Unable to handle the grief, Megan plunges into depression and is forced to join a mental institution.
Now, four years later and building her life once again, Megan is out of the institution and ready to start living a normal life again. She decides to return to her hometown and live with her brother there. But as soon as she returns home, her brother disappears.
Unable to handle another loss Megan seeks help wherever she can. However, no one believes her story as they do not remember Megan ever having a brother.
Is Megan still mentally ill? Is there someone really out there to get her? or is it all just a figment of her imagination.
