Boiled egg whites are so versatile. You can make a lot of different things using the egg whites. As a kid, I used to hate eating the yolk and kept it out most of the times. I also preferred my eggs to be hard-boiled.
I can either eat a hard-boiled egg or a completely runny yolk in my Sunny Side Up. But a jiggly boiled egg white and yolk is not my thing.

How to Make a hard-Boiled Egg
1. In a deep pot, add the eggs and fill the pot with cold water.
2. Heat the pot on high flame until the water starts to boil
3. Boil the eggs for five minutes and then turn off the heat
4. Let the eggs rest in the hot water for ten to fifteen minutes
There you go, you now have a perfectly hard-boiled egg on your plate.
